A Will Trust is a trust that becomes active on your death. This trust protects both your spouse and children, allowing the spouse to continue life when you're gone but also protecting your children from not losing their inheritance through your surviving spouse's future relationships, bankruptcy and care home fees. It can protect vulnerable loved ones, you can also specify an age to inherit whereas a will is set at the age of 18.
